I'm Scared... (Death Note Shounen-Ai story)

It was around 1-2 am when Ryuuzaki woke up to a hell of a thunderstorm outside. The lightnings was lighting up the room every few seconds.

"Oh no.." he mumbled to himself. He absolutely hated thunder. His mom died when he was 7 'cause she was hit by a lightning bolt. He hid himself under the duvet and covered his ears with his hands.

He lied like that for 10 minutes before the thunder got so loud that he jumped out of his bed and ran into Lights room instead, with tears in his eyes.

"L-Light..." he stuttered. He shaked Light gently.

"...Uhh..??" Light sat up and brushed his hair outta his face.

"What's wrong, Ryuuzaki?" Light looked really tired but worried.

"....thunder..." Light pulled Ryuuzaki into his arms and hugged him tightly.

"Don't worry, I'm here..." Light could feel his shirt getting wet because of Ryuuzaki's tears.

"Ryuuzaki..." Light cupped his chin with his hand and kissed him gently. Ryuuzaki stopped crying. Light wiped his cheeks gently.

"Don't cry, okay?" Ryuuzaki nodded slowly. Light stretched over a table next to his bed and gave Ryuuzaki a pair of earphones.

"Here, put them in your ears." Ryuuzaki did as Light told him to and Light started playing music for him so he couldn't hear the thunder. Ryuuzaki curled up in Lights arms under the duvet and closed his eyes. Light massaged his back gently. It didn't take long until Ryuuzaki went back to sleep. Light smiled to himself.
"Stupid thunder, making my Ryuuzaki scared like this." Light kissed Ryuuzakis head, held him tighter and went back to sleep.
